Yoga
Courses of this ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit.

Couple Massage Workshop
Combination yoga exercises with stretches in couple. They are ideal to improve flexibility. An incredible experience in direct contact with the sea, land and air.

Pranayama
Mastering Pranayama increase lung capacity, breathe better, learn relaxation techniques, etc. Therefore, for millennials, it has been practiced as a fundamental part of Yoga

Hatha Yoga
This practice incorporates physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation techniques to improve strength, flexibility and overall health of the body.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing form of yoga that focuses on the coordination of movement with the breath. You will also find other benefits such as mental concentration and relaxation.

Breathing
An activity to promote controlled breathing. It has big benefits and brings our body to a perfect functioning, promotes calm and relaxation and helps us to de-stress.
